The actual document, of course, was done perfectly. Zev helped me out with an out-of-state probate property issue. I discovered him online from Montana when it became necessary handle my family's Probate case in Southern California.

He recommended a Real Estate Agent and Bond Company, both of which worked out beautifully in selling the property and fulfilling Court mandated requirements. All three parties were professional and honest throughout the Probate process. Fees charged were reasonable for the work and characters involved.

I am thankful that he took my case and attended to the details until its completion, and he was a good guy to get to know. Painless Living Trust Set Up

We were worried about getting our Revocable Living Trust, wills, etc. written and established. Zev Brooks was recommended by our financial advisor and we were extremely pleased by his professionalism and personality. He came to our home and created a draft for the trust in just a few days. When we called him back to finalize the documents, he returned promptly. He did several little extra things to help us with the process that went the second mile. Highly recommended.

Thorough, efficient and a good listener

My wife and I had 30 days to accomplish our estate planning goals; Zev met with us three times, was very responsive via email and phone, and we accomplished our goal effectively. Fantastic Estate Planning Attorney

Zev is a fantastic estate planning attorney! He did such a wonderful job working on my mom's revocable trust that I had him prepare mine as well.

Working with Zev is unlike working with any other attorney. He's very down to earth, honest, and patient. Thinking about my own mortality was difficult, but Zev made the process very smooth. He made an effort to explain trust law in a way a normal non-attorney would understand. In the end, I felt like I wasn't working with an attorney, I was working with a close friend.

Shortly after my husband's passing, I needed a lawyer for the preparation of my living trust. I was lucky to get the recommendation of a good friend who had used the services of attorney Zev Brooks.
